We have a list of suggested caterers to fit your needs + give you the best experience possible in the area when it comes to event dining.
There is a stunning modern built in bar, liquor and bartenders are provided through Marina Terrace. We have many different drink packages for open bar, but cash bar is always an option as well.
There is no food or beverage minimum.*

A small ceremony for up to 140 guests can happen on site outside on the terrace. Inside we can fit more depending on your vision of the space.
We would require a 2 hour time frame to flip that room while your guests cocktail + mingle in the bar + outdoor terrace area.
There is an additional fee for this rental/flip of $1,000.
Your rental of the event space includes cocktail tables, round + long dining tables, black chivari chairs, built-in terrace furniture, a built-in bar + soft furniture. You will need to rent in linens, china, & flatware for your event. No worries, we make this process easy for you as we have a partnership with Event Essentials & Ruby Rentals to make it very stress-free on you.
We highly recommend that you hire an event coordinator to assist with your vision + setup of your items on the wedding day.
We do have a list of coordinators we love to work with if you are interested.
Yes we do have parking for up to 80 vehicles (about half the guest count of the space). Parking is complimentary.
We are located less than a block away from aloft + Residence Inn hotels.
Both are lovely to work with in assisting with your room block/guest room needs.
